Kia Sorento 2014 : all new platform

The 2014 Kia Sorento built on an all new platform, distinguishes itself with a more contemporary and aerodynamic look. The front bumper incorporates LED daytime lights and the rear hatch with available electric operation, includes integrated tail lights.

The 10 mm (4 in) lower ride height facilitates interior access and a new liquid crystal dashboard integrates perfectly with the center console with 8 in screen. The new electric steering feels more direct and the optional FlexSteer provides three operating modes (Normal, Comfort and Sport).

A more economical 2.4l GDI four cylinder develops 191 horsepower and 181 lb-ft while the optional 3.3l GDI V6 produces 290 horsepower and 252 lb-ft. Offered in base front-wheel drive with all-wheel drive optional, all Sorento models use a six-speed automatic transmission.
