It was designed by the famous Italian coachbuilder Italdedign Giugiaro, now part of the German auto giant Volkswagen. Its flowing lines are those of a mid-engined coupe and its body is dark red.

This year Audi celebrates 20 years of its Space Frame aluminum technology. It goes without saying that they made the chassis of the Audi Quattro Concept Nanuk out of this material, in addition to the added carbon fiber.

The two-seater coupe with high ground clearance and 22-inch wheels is powered by a V10 TDI engine making 544 horses. It is coupled to a S-Tronic seven-speed transmission.

Despite its large size and weight of 1900 kg, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in just 3.8 seconds.

Wheel drive and four-wheel steering
The concept takes advantage of the excellent Quattro AWD system, in addition to the four-wheel steering technology. Tthe rear wheels of the vehicle rotate at an angle of 9 °, and in opposite direction to the front wheels of the vehicle at low speed.

At high speeds, they can rotate by 2.5 º, and even in the same direction of the front wheels.

The combination of Quattro all-wheel drive and four-wheel steering allows this beast to enjoy greater stability, especially in curves.

From the driver seat, you can activate a button that lowers the ride height by 30 mm, or even raise it by 40 mm as required.
