Mini Unveils its 2014 Models for Los Angeles
Less than 48 hours before the official unveiling of the 2014 Mini in Los Angeles, the brand has released on the net the first photos of its future Mini, accompanied by all the relevant specs.
The 2014 Mini has enhanced dimensions:
- Length of 3820 mm ( + 98 mm );
- Wheelbase of 2490 mm ( + 28 mm);
- Width of 1720 mm ( + 44 mm);
- Height of 1410 mm ( + 7 mm).
Its cargo areas increases to 211 litres up from 51 liters with the seat down.
Aesthetically, this third version of the Mini resumes the neo-classical form of its predecessor, reminiscent of the Rocketman concept.
Inside, no one will be bewildered by the finish and presentation of the interior of the new model.
Two Powerful TwinPower Turbo engines:
- Three cylinder 1.5- litre 136 horsepower and 162 lb- ft of torque;
- Four-cylinder 2.0-litre 192 horsepower and 206 lb- ft of torque;
- Diesel three-cylinder 1.5-litre 116 horsepower and 199 lb- ft of torque.
A six-speed manual gearbox or six-speed automatic are part of the new catalog.
