Nissan Presents The Sway Concept
Nissan used the Geneva Motor Show as an opportunity to unveil their newest concept, the Sway. According to the automaker, this car shows us an insight into the styling of Nissan's next generation of small cars.
Designed with the tastes of European buyers in mind, the Sway wants to shake up the city car segment, normally a very traditional share of the market, with its new styling. It features sleek curves, a bold front end, its modern cockpit and a large colour selection.
According to Nissan, the exterior is a combination of four distinctive elements: the V-shaped grille, floating roof, boomerang-shaped projector headlights and raised beltline give a clear indication that this concept is designed to slot nicely into the Nissan product lineup. These looks are shared with the Nissan Lannia Concept shown at the 2014 Beijing Auto Show and with the production-ready Murano recently launched in North America.
The manufacturer states that the Sway has a T-shaped dashboard, which is very sleek-looking. This results in an all-business interior.
For now, no information on pricing or powertrain has been announced.
