Lifetime Warranty For Volvo

With Volvo's new lifetime warranty, you will be able to keep your V60 on the road for as long as your first 240!

Volvo used to be known for cars that were pretty much indestructible: their 240, 740 and V70 had the reputation of being able to rack up an unlimited number of kilometres in the worst conditions (ask me how I know).

Today however, that image of invincibility is slowly fading away. The manufacturer is now offering more and more new technologies, but at a cost in reliability; their index of initial quality is below the industry’s average.

Obviously, the Swedish automaker is not satisfied with their performance, and a new programme currently offered only in the United States that offers a lifetime warranty on their products hopes to change that.

The idea behind this warranty is simple: according to Volvo, consumers will need to pay only once to have peace of mind.

As long as the vehicle belongs to the initial owner, parts (except those that have to be regularly changed, like the brakes, tires, belts, battery…) and labour are covered.

Volvo has also added a slew of bonuses for their customers, like free updates for the computers, personalized service, a courtesy vehicle and free carwash service each time the vehicle is brought in for a repair.
