The 507, just like when the King saw it for the first time.

During his service in the US Army, Elvis Presley was stationed in Germany. While he was there, the King found a small roadster whose styling got his attention. It was a sleek BMW 507, which be bought. The convertible was originally painted white, but Elvis had it repainted red to hide all the messages written with lipstick by his women fans!

After his service, Elvis didn’t bring the car in the United States. Since he didn’t really understang the contract he signed, obviously written in German, he didn't know that he only leased the 507. The US Army eventually sent the car back to him.

After the lease was up, the car returned to BMW. After that, it was sold to a client that swapped the 3.2-litre engine for a supercharged American V8. Eventually, the BMW found its way into the hands of an engineer who stored it for more than two decades.

Since only 254 of these BMWs were built, they are quite rare. Add to that its famous owner, and it is logical that the Bavarian manufacturer would restore the car. They repainted the vehicle in its original white, and replaced the engine with an original one.
