Pagani Huayra Dinastia: Purple, the Colour of Decadence

Pagani Huayra Dinastia

We already reported on the existence of the Pagani Huayra Dinastia, a limited run of three unique cars honoring the rich history of China.

Here is one of them: this very special vehicle features a purple tint. Make no mistake, it isn’t painted purple: the Dinastia, like all Huayras, has a carbon-fibre body. Said fibre has been tinted before being woven, which is what gives this car its very particular hue.

The cockpit is covered in turquoise leather. While the turquoise-on-purple scheme might be a little flashy (and would look atrocious on pretty much anything else), it gives this Dinastia a very unique look. To complete the looks, the car features 20- and 21-inch gold wheels.

The engine isn’t modified: under the lightweight hood sits a twin-turbo V12 born in a Mercedes-AMG factory. It develops 730 horsepower and produces a soundtrack that could put Boticelli to shame.

The base-model Huayra starts at $1,400,000. The Dinastia will obviously be worth more, but if you have to ask…
