The Porsche 911 is difficult to describe in only a few short words. It’s considered as one of the greatest road and track cars of all time. It also sports one of the most iconic designs and has been the subject of dreams and has plastered many car-lovers’ walls. Even in its most mundane form, the car is highly desirable. Porsche has had the foresight to create a number of special editions over the last five decades and a number of them are in this Top 10 list. It is difficult to narrow down the best 911s to only 10 but here they are:1965 Porsche 911 Coupé 2.0 The first actual 911, with a 130-horsepower, 2.0L flat-6 cylinder engine.
1966 Porsche 911 S: A 911 with more power is always a good idea. Also, Fuchs wheels!
1973 Porsche 911 2.7 Carerra RS: Built to meet motorsport homologation requirements and melt enthusiasts’ hearts.
1975 Porsche 911 Turbo: The birth of the Widowmaker and of an undying legend with its 260 horsepower engine.
