There are numerous studies out there focusing on resale value for cars and trucks. Those published by ALG, Canadian Black Book and J.D. Power come to mind. The latest is from U.S. automotive research firm iSeeCars.com, which has analyzed over 8.2 million vehicle transactions in its database. 

While it’s common knowledge that luxury sedans lose plenty of value in the first few years following their original acquisition, which models have the lowest depreciation rate? Check out this top 10 to find out!

Note: The average depreciation rate over five years according to iSeeCars.com is 49.1%. 

10. Nissan Frontier – 43.5% depreciation rate over five years
