Top 10 Vehicles Causing the Most Accidents

Published on June 20, 2023 in Top 10 by The Car Guide

There’s no such thing as a dangerous vehicle these days, only dangerous drivers. Automakers keep adding more and more safety and driver-assist features to their cars, trucks and SUVs, but speeding and driving distractions remain a serious problem.

A few years ago, we posted the top 10 cars most likely to get a speeding ticket. Now, here are those with the most at-fault accidents.

Once again, data comes from Insurify, an American website for comparing car insurance quotes, which analyzed over 4.6 million car insurance applications in the U.S. last year. Would the top 10 be similar in Canada? Maybe. You can browse through our photo gallery to see the results, some of which will surprise you.
